Appointment Requests
All online bookings are considered appointment requests until confirmed by our team.

Existing Clients
When booking online, please make sure you log in using the same primary phone number/email already attached to your account.
Creating a new account may prevent your appointment from appearing correctly in our system.
If your appointment does not show up or you experience any issues, please give us a call before creating another account.
New Client Deposits
A $50 deposit is required for all new clients once the appointment request has been accepted.
Deposits are applied toward your grooming appointment total.
Breed & Service Restrictions
At this time, certain breeds, coat types, or grooming requests may not be accepted based on availability, staffing, or grooming requirements.
If you are unsure whether we can accommodate your pet, please contact us before booking.
Cat Grooming
Please contact us directly regarding cat grooming availability and services.
Special Requests & Timing
If you have any special requests, timing requirements, or need your dog ready by a certain time, please include this information in the “Additional Notes” section when booking your appointment.
